MIKE SHEEHAN

Mike is the first non-founder to hold the title of CEO at Hill, Holliday.
Mike joined Hill, Holliday in 2000 from DDB Chicago, where he was executive
creative director. Prior to that, he was executive creative director of Hill,
Holliday's Boston office. He's also worked at Leo Burnett in Chicago, as well as
Clarke Goward and Ingalls Quinn & Johnson in Boston.

As a creative director and copywriter, Mike has created and oversees award-winning
campaigns for many leading U.S. brands, including McDonald's, John Hancock, Dunkin'
Donuts, Lotus Development, Fidelity Investments, Maytag, Gatorade and Budweiser.
Mike's work has received virtually every local, national, and international creative award,
including the Grand Clio, One Show Gold, Cannes Lion, Best of Show at Hatch, and
Communication Arts. In 1998, he was named Adweek's National Creative Director of the
Year.
Mike attended the U.S. Naval Academy and received his B.A. in English from Saint
Anselm College, where he currently serves as vice-chairman of the Board of Trustees.
He lives in Hingham, Massachusetts with his wife, Maureen.

and media, Joseph Jaffe is President and founder of jaffe, L.L.C.

strategic and creative services, agency relations consulting and training.

Prior to consulting, Joseph was Director of Interactive Media at TBWA\Chiat\Day and OMD USA, where he worked on
clients including Kmart, ABSOLUT Vodka, Embassy Suites and Samsonite.
Joseph brings with him a diverse mix of both client and agency experience, on both the traditional and
Interactive sides of the business. He is a regular contributor on iMediaconnection.com and his weekly
"Jaffe Juice"
column is a favorite read within the industry. Jaffe's first book, "How to Fix Marketing" is due in Q4 of 2004.
Jaffe is a founding faculty member of iMediaLearning, and has also lectured part-time at NYU's Stern
School of Business, Cornell's Johnson School of Business and Syracuse University.
Hailing from South Africa, Joseph lives with his wife and two children in Westport, Connecticut.
