As DDB's creative leader on McDonald's, Paul pushes for campaigns that embrace both traditional and new media, not only in the U.S., but throughout the DDB network worldwide.

Prior to leading McDonald's at DDB, Paul has been group creative director on another of DDB's largest global accounts, Dell. For that brand, Paul's team not only created huge TalkValuesm with their "Dude, youčre gettin' a Dell" campaign, but helped take Dell from the world's #4 PC brand to #1 in less than two years.

A native Texan who graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Journalism, Paul has spent his 18-year career in Chicago. He joined DDB in 1997 from J. Walter Thompson/Chicago. His work has received awards from the Clios, Addys, Effies, among others.

Jaffe is a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Digital Future at the USC Annenberg School. He has also lectured part-time at NYU's Stern School of Business, Cornell's Johnson School of Business and Syracuse University.
